An upcoming culvert replacement on Dorr Street in Toledo is the subject of an open public comment period with the Ohio Department of Transportation.
ODOT expects to close Dorr between Byrne and Richards roads for 90 days in the spring and summer of 2028 to replace the Heldman Ditch culvert, installed in the late 1950s. A planned detour will use Hill Avenue between Byrne and Reynolds roads.
