The free 2026 events will offer caregivers practical resources, wellness activities and time to focus on themselves.
Caregivers spend their days meeting other people’s needs. This fall, the annual Caring for the Caregiver Expo will invite them to take a few hours for their own well-being at three free events in the Toledo, Columbus and Cleveland areas.
Founder Brenda D. Spencer launched the expo in Columbus in 2019. Columbus remains its headquarters, and the event has since expanded to Toledo and the Cleveland area. The expo welcomes adults who care for others, from relatives and guardians to nurses, doctors and essential workers.
Visitors can explore a resource fair, meet exhibitors and attend educational lunch-and-learn sessions. The program also offers pampering services, such as manicures and chair massages, and activities including yoga and line dancing.
