TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A large police presence on Jackman near Berdan ended in flashbangs early Tuesday morning.
SWAT teams had gathered on the 3200 block of Jackman around 3:30 a.m. after a 1:30 a.m. call, with loud bangs being heard around 4:30 a.m.
