TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man accused of shooting another man in the neck has been indicted on felonious assault and evidence-tampering charges.
Kemar Walker, 21, was indicted Tuesday, Sept. 29, according to court records. He faces one count of felonious assault and one count of tampering with evidence, both carrying additional firearm specifications.
