TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The City of Toledo is looking to tear down the D. Michael Collins police substation on Sylvania Avenue, which shut down last November after mold and flooding made the building unsafe for police work.
The administration went before Toledo City Council to ask for support for an application for state funding for the demolition.
