TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A food pantry on East Broadway says a man caught on camera dumping trash on its property is costing the organization money meant for groceries.
The dumping is happening at God’s Instruments Outreach Center and Food Pantry, located at the Eastwood Theater. The pantry hands out free food twice a month to anyone who needs it.
