TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A cancer awareness benefit and fashion show scheduled for Saturday will honor a Toledo woman who helped organize the event before her death last month.
Paulette J. Carter died Sept. 11, just 29 days before the C.A.U.S.E Without a Rebel Luncheon and Fashion Show, an event she continued helping plan even while undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer.
