TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A body pulled from the Maumee River has left a Toledo family searching for answers. The family identifies him as 49-year-old David Edward Skiles.
His father and sister met with 13 Action News along the Maumee River, where they said David often spent time. They said their last contact with him came days before his body was found.
