TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Ongoing road work along Executive Parkway between Central Avenue and Secor Road has caused confusion for drivers, according to nearby residents who say the construction has led to wrong-way driving and safety concerns.
The $2.3 million resurfacing and traffic-calming project has made the stretch of road a daily hassle for some, residents said.
