TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Fire & Rescue has issued an evacuation order for people within a one-mile radius of 1050 Progress Ave. due to a hazardous material release at Sterling Pipe & Tube around 10:48 p.m. Tuesday.
