TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz announced Tuesday that Councilwoman Dr. Tiffany Whitman is resigning from her role with council to lead the city’s Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as Director. The new role for Dr. Whitman is one of two leadership appointments city officials announced Tuesday.
