TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A new warning about certain payment apps. Venmo, Zelle and Cash App are on high alert after authorities say users are becoming vulnerable to fraud. A spokesperson with the Better Business Bureau told 13 Action News the accessibility of the apps is what makes them so vulnerable and part of the reason why fraud can get expensive.
