Police have charged two people — one of whom is not yet in custody — for the November homicide of a 20-year-old man whose body was found in a burning car in east Toledo. Toledo police have issued a murder warrant for 16-year-old Kristaun Self in the death of Josiah Gill, 20. He is not yet in police custody, according to a report issued by TPD Friday afternoon.
