TOLEDO, Ohio – A man has been found guilty of an east Toledo shooting that injured one person in November 2023. William Loomis, 37, withdrew a previous plea of not guilty, pleaded no contest and was found guilty Tuesday of one charge each of felonious assault, discharging a firearm on a roadway and violating a protection order.
