TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo City Council had proposed budget hearings for the upcoming year, and the Parks and Youth Services Department could face some significant cuts. The Director of Parks, Recreations, and Youth Services Joe Fausnaugh said they are looking at alternative funding sources as nearly every line item of the parks and youth services budget was cut.
