TOLEDO, Ohio – Three juveniles were arrested after allegedly leading police on a chase in a stolen car on Monday morning. Toledo police said that they were on Byrne Road near Hill Avenue when they saw a verified stolen vehicle that appeared on FLOCK cameras earlier. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle at Hill Avenue and Richards Road, but police said the car refused to stop and a pursuit was initiated.
