TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A local home has become a house of horrors for so many families. It’s a place where at least six people have overdosed, and one even died. Now the 13 Action News I-TEAM is taking a closer look. The home on Bancroft Street in Toledo near Holland Sylvania is the same place where a woman who overdosed was declared dead on the scene, only for officials to later determine she was still alive 90 minutes later.
