TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A jury returned a verdict Thursday in a case against a man charged for punching a local nail tech, leaving him brain dead. A jury found Andre Pitts, 27, of Toledo, guilty of a Felonious Assault charge on Thursday following hours of deliberations. Police say Pitts punched Phong Tran in the face outside of Ye Olde Cock N Bull in 2022.
