BEDFORD TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVG) -A man died in a car crash after hitting several trees and overturning his car in Bedford Township Saturday, police say. Officials from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) say that Jimmie Clarke, 43, was driving Northbound on Lewis Avenue before drifting off of the center line and traveling into a shallow ditch. Officials say that the vehicle continued traveling northbound before striking several trees and overturning.
