Bowling Green Police were flagged down Saturday around 2:30 a.m., by a group of people in City Lot 1, off East Court Street. The group told police of two people being assaulted by a man wearing a green hoodie, with tattoos on his neck. An officer recognized the description of Lewis Hart IV, 19, of Toledo, due to an incident earlier in the evening.
