TOLEDO, Ohio – Crews responded to the scene at a south Toledo nail salon Wednesday afternoon. The fire started at Hot Nails salon, located in a shopping plaza in the 1500 block of South Byrne Road, according to Toledo Fire & Rescue Department Chief Allison Armstrong at the scene.
