TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Charges are pending for a man police say was driving recklessly, led police on a chase, then crashed and flipped the car. According to Toledo Police reports, dispatchers received a report that a man was trying to run over a woman with his car near the intersection of Summit and Clayton Wednesday around 12:30 p.m. Police say the 47-year-old man was able to get the woman inside the Cadillac he was driving, then sped off on Washington driving recklessly and failing to stop for red lights.
