TOLEDO, Ohio – One person is in custody and facing a murder charge in the shooting of a man in south Toledo last year. According to court documents, police arrested 36-year-old Adrian Warren Thursday and charged him with murder and having weapons while under disability/indictment or conviction of a felony. Police said surveillance video indicated Warren shot and killed Denzel Herron, 30, during a dispute at an after-hours bar at the Reynolds and Hill Plaza on Nov. 26, 2023.
