TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – For more than a year, a family’s stuff has been stuck on the top floor on their home after it was damaged when a car drove into it. Over the course of that year, they have not been able to get the homeowner to fix the steps so they can get inside. Now the 13 Action News I-TEAM trying to get them some answers and some help.
