Leo Maher, 97, of Sylvania, Nov. 8, at Lakes of Sylvania, in Sylvania. Accidental, right hip fracture and complications; deceased fell at facility.
Angeline Maluchnik, 96, of Perrysburg, Nov. 8, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on South Detroit. Accidental, right hip fracture and complications; deceased fell at facility.
Edwardo Martinez-DeJesus, 21, of Adrian, June 19, at home. Suicide, hanging.
Brenda McNeil, 69, of of Sylvania, Nov. 6, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, pneumonia due to right hip fracture and blunt head trauma; deceased fell.
Joshua McNelley, 46, of Oregon, June 4, at home. Accidental, arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
John Meeker, 76, of Maumee, Nov. 15, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Homicide, blunt head trauma.
Mark Meyers, 67, of Toledo, Aug. 5, at Mercy Health St. Anne Hospital. Accidental, probable fentanyl toxicity.
Dean Miller, 60, of Holland, July 1, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, anoxic encephalopathy due to multiple blunt-force injuries sustained from vehicle accident.
