TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man who was distracted by his cell phone almost crashed head-on into a Toledo police car then led officers on a chase Saturday afternoon, police said. Officers said 34-year-old Stephone Laque Rogers Sr. crossed the center line on a road and almost hit them. They said they turned on their lights and sirens and tried to pull him over, but he wouldn’t stop.
