Police crews responding to a ShotSpotter alert in North Toledo at 5:34 p.m. Sunday found a 17-year old boy with a gunshot wound.
Multiple houses near Bronson and Stickney avenues had been struck by gunfire, but no injuries were reported, police said.
One of the first crews on scene stopped a vehicle in the vicinity and found Treyvon Hughes, who was a passenger, with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
He was transported to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center for treatment.
