TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Cut it or pay; that’s the City of Toledo’s message for homeowners who aren’t keeping up their yards. “We need to take care of it because it’s a public nuisance,” Toledo’s Director of Public Services Megan Robson said. “And it’s not right for the homeowners on either side of you to have to live next to that.”
