TOLEDO, Ohio – A man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly illegally selling fireworks from the garage of his west Toledo home without a valid license. According to Toledo Fire & Rescue, Edward DeLuna, 35, was taken into custody and charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes for illegally selling the fireworks.
