TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A car crash in Toledo Thursday morning took out a traffic light at a heavily-traveled intersection. The crash happened around 7:00 a.m. at Sylvania Avenue and Monroe Street in West Toledo. A city worker told 13 Action News the intersection would likely be dark into the afternoon. They’re hoping they traffic light can be back up and running around 2:00-3:00pm Thursday.
