TOLEDO, Ohio – One person was arrested and charged in a hit-and-run crash that killed a motorcyclist nearly a year ago, according to Toledo police and court documents. Ashly Clark, 29, was arrested Tuesday for a July 11, 2023 crash that killed a motorcyclist. Police issued a warrant for Clark’s arrest in May on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of a crash.
