A Toledo woman has won the top prize of $150,000 on the Ohio Lottery scratch-off, Lady Luck 100X, Ohio Lottery Commission announced.
After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, Jeanine Shaffer will receive $108,000.
The winning ticket was sold at Frobose Market IGA, 209 Bierley Ave in Pemberville.
Lady Luck 100X is a $20 scratch-off. As of Friday, there were nine top prizes remaining in the game.
