TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A device customers believed to be an illegal card skimmer found at a Toledo convenience store has been handed over to state investigators. Toledo Police confirmed the device found at the 7-Eleven on Woodville Road near Nevada is believed to be a card skimmer, a device that steals credit card information.
