TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A three-year-old girl walks nearly half a mile by herself to a Laundromat. Police have charged the mother for leaving her kids home alone. According to a police report, the mother drove 45 minutes to a dispensary. Officers claim they found a receipt for marijuana and she smelled like alcohol.
