TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Fire and Rescue crews say a fire broke out at a commercial building on Elm Street just around 11:50 p.m. Saturday night. Officials with TFRD told 13 Action News they arrived at the scene, in the 3,300-block of Elm St., to find flames and smoke coming from the two-story structure. Crews searched the building and nobody was found to be inside at the time.
