TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – An 80-year-old stroke survivor said she’s been scammed three times in two months. One man heard her story and stepped in to help. Skotty Sherlock is proud of her property. She used to do all the manual labor herself to make it look nice. Now, she relies on others for help, especially after having a stroke in May.
