TOLEDO, Ohio – Three people who were indicted on murder charges last week in a homicide stemming from a 2010 assault in east Toledo have since been arrested. According to Lucas County Jail records, Ruben Lopez, Ruben A. Lopez and Michael Lopez were taken into custody Wednesday and are charged each with murder while committing a violent felony offense.
