TOLEDO, Ohio – One person was killed in a shooting in north Toledo Friday afternoon. Toledo police in a press release later Friday evening identified the victim as Rashad Ewing, 46, and said the suspect, 44-year-old Fabian Dorrough, turned himself in at the Safety Building following the shooting on Twining Street, near the intersection of East Manhattan Boulevard and Stickney Avenue.
