TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo police are seeking information on a suspect wanted in an east Toledo shooting that killed a woman last month. According to a social media post by Toledo police, Deondrae Ballard, 32, is wanted in the fatal shooting of Elisha Meraz on Oct. 26. Police said Ballard is 6 feet, 4 inches tall and 150 lbs. Ballard has black hair and brown eyes.
