TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – It’s been home to piles of garbage in the front yard and the guy who lives there insists he’s not a squatter, but was given a fake lease. Since Oct. 1, Toledo police have been to a house on Havre Street 23 times and they were back out there again on Dec. 9.
