TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Trash issues are back at the Ashland Manor Apartments, nearly a year after Toledo officials discovered the building was overflowing with garbage. Residents said the issue started about a week ago when the building’s trash compactor broke. Management has since closed off trash rooms and chutes and is asking residents to keep their trash inside their apartments.
