TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man was shot in Toledo early Wednesday morning, police said. The 19-year-old victim told officers it happened while he and a friend were buying pot. Toledo Police records said officers were called out to an area hospital around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday morning after the victim came in with a gunshot wound. He told officers he was on Hamilton Street with a friend to buy marijuana when an unknown male shot him in the upper arm during the exchange as he sat in his vehicle.
