TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Police arrested a Toledo man who allegedly shot at a woman and took her car. De’Mario White, 20, of Toledo, was wanted for an alleged assault and robbery on Dec. 18. Police issued a warrant for his arrest, which was returned on Dec. 23, records show.
