TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo police are looking for a 21-year-old woman who was reported missing from the 3900 block of Upton Avenue in west Toledo. TPD said Vanoji Solomon is 4-foot-11 and was last seen wearing a Wendy’s uniform. Police said she has mental and physical impairments “which may present a risk to her safety.”
