TOLEDO, Ohio – In the summertime, Point Place residents were quite fed up with the number of rats they were seeing. “They’re running around like squirrels, everywhere,” said Denise Gary, a Point Place resident, five months ago. “In my garden, I grow tomatoes, I grow cucumbers, they’re eating them. I have traps all over but it’s so bad. I’m catching two at a time.”
