TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Lucas County grand jury indicted a man on Thursday who allegedly injured a woman after repeatedly punching her in October. The grand jury indicted Deanthony McShan on Jan. 2. He was charged with one count of Felonious Assault, a second-degree felony, and one count of Assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.
