TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Toledo Lucas County Public Library is inviting you to cozy up with a good book or more this winter and that reading could win you a prize. The library just kicked off the Winter Read Challenge. Kids and adults who read at least two books between now and Feb. 28 are eligible for grand prize drawings from electronics to gift cards.
