TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo firefighters had to take some extra measures this week when responding to a fire inside a troubled apartment complex. They encountered a locked gate when they tried to get to the property and connect their hoses. Fortunately, the fire did not turn out to be a major one but seeing a locked gate didn’t help if it turned out to be one.
