TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The City has announced it will be hosting a Mardi Gras celebration at Ottawa Park Ice Rink next week. Mardi Gras on Ice will take place on Jan. 10 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Ottawa Park Ice Rink located at 2205 Kenwood Blvd.
