Police have arrested a teen for the weekend murder of a man.
Michael Silvera, 16, was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Juvenile Justice Center for the murder of Jaidon Mangas, 18.
Mr. Mangas was found in the 500 block of Congress Street about 6:15 p.m. Saturday when police responded to a call about a person shot. He had been shot at least once and was transported to the University of Toledo Medical Center, where he later died.
